Emmy Award winning news anchor. Media Coach. Storyteller.

Elyse Rae brings nearly two decades of experience in front of the camera - and years of coaching behind it - to help professionals communicate with confidence, clarity, and credibility. As a TV news anchor, Elyse has spent almost 20 years in the spotlight, mastering the art of storytelling, live interviews, and high-pressure communication. Today, she uses that experience to help individuals, teams, and organizations show up with authority - on camera, on stage, and in every room where their message matters.

Elyse works with professionals across industries, from CEOs preparing for critical media moments to attorneys, doctors, professors, and corporate teams looking to strengthen how they communicate in virtual meetings, presentations, and public-facing content.

With a story-first, practical approach, Elyse helps clients refine body language, vocal tone, message clarity, and delivery while also addressing the nerves and self-doubt that often hold people back. She understands that powerful communication isn’t about memorizing scripts or pretending to be someone you’re not - it’s about preparation, strategy, and learning how to trust your voice.

Through one-on-one coaching, corporate training, and workshops, Elyse Rae Consulting equips professionals and organizations with repeatable communication skills they can use long after the camera is off. Whether you’re leading a team, representing your company, or stepping into the spotlight for the first time, Elyse helps ensure you don’t just show up - you show up with confidence and authority.

WHY I DO THIS

I’ve watched too many smart, accomplished professionals lose confidence the moment a camera turns on or an audience starts watching. Not because they lack expertise - but because no one ever taught them how to communicate under pressure. I know that feeling well. After nearly 20 years in television, I understand what it’s like to speak when there’s no second take and your message has to land the first time.

Confidence isn’t about personality or performance - it’s about preparation, clarity, and trust in your voice. That’s why I don’t teach scripts or quick fixes. I teach repeatable skills that help people show up steady, credible, and in control when it matters most.

I do this work because your voice deserves to be heard clearly and confidently. Helping people step into that version of themselves isn’t just my job. It’s why I’m here.
